Abstract

   Sylvia Delgadillo-Gonzalez collaborated with Dr. Arias to create a unique HR internship during her last year of study at CSU Monterey Bay. She was the first ever student to create such an internship at CSUMB and tied it directly to his senior capstone in the Social & Behavioral Sciences division. As a result, Sylvia worked under the direct supervision of the Associate Vice President of Human Resources. She now serves as the Administrative Assistant for Cabrillo College (BACCC). 
 
   In the near future Sylvia is considering earning a MBA, M.A. in Communications, or M.A. in Educational Leadership.  
 
   Her long-term goal is to continue moving up the ranks in institutions of higher education.
