About
Dr. Qun Wang is a founding faculty of California State University, Monterey Bay, a charter member of the Arthur Miller Society, a founding member of Race, Gender and Class Studies Association, and an editorial member of several publications including the Journal of Race, Gender, the University Press of the South, etc. He has authored 4 books and more than 80 book chapters, journal articles, reference book articles, book review essays, and short stories on American literature, American drama, and American ethnic literature and cultures. The books are collected nationally in some of the most prestigious university libraries in the US such as Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Columbia, Stanford, UC-Berkeley, etc. and internationally in British National Library, Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Israel, South Africa, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, People’s Republic of China including Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc. Dr. Wang teaches the Humanities at California State University, Monterey Bay (An in-depth study of the major plays of African American playwright August Wilson : vernacularizing the blues on stage | WorldCat.org; A voice in every wind | WorldCat.org).
